SquawkToMe provides IoT-based household monitoring and alert services, including automated detection of device conditions (such as AC drain overflow), automated mitigation where applicable, and notification delivery via SMS text message and/or email. Services are currently in early access and subject to change.
3. SMS Text Messaging Program
Program Name: SquawkToMe Alerts
Business Identity: SquawkToMe (https://squawktome.com)
Message Types: Automated device event alerts, AC drain overflow notifications, mitigation confirmations, and service updates.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on device activity. You may receive multiple messages per event.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchase or use of any SquawkToMe product or service.
4. User Responsibilities

- Use our services only for lawful purposes.
- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services or infrastructure.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
SquawkToMe services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that alerts will be delivered without delay or interruption. IoT device monitoring is a supplemental tool and should not be relied upon as the sole means of detecting household emergencies.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SquawkToMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including any failure to deliver a notification.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
